We strive to develop employees known for their character, commitment, and confidence, and we recognize the importance of each individual in the success of our company. We do all our own work (i.e., do not sub-contract out portions of a job) and maintain a dedicated full-time crew of skilled workers. Our dedication to our employees is returned to us in that we have very low turnover, with a number of our team members being with us now for 10-years or more.
