Proper watering and proper drainage are critical to a healthy landscape; however, these key elements are often overlooked or underestimated during the landscape design process. Why spend all the time and money to create a beautiful landscape only to watch it slowly shrivel up or turn yellow due to improper watering and drainage.

Too much water is just as bad for your plants as not enough water, so our trained landscapers will ensure that your soil is properly graded to allow for run-off, and/or install drain lines to keep your property properly drained and your plants in a healthy condition.

Souto Brothers will also design and install an irrigation system to meet your property's specific needs. Based on the layout of your property, the types of plants installed, sunny and shady areas, lawn vs. natural areas, we may use a combination of rotary sprinklers, pop-up spray heads and/or drip irrigation, with automated timers for the various stations to ensure optimum watering levels.
